BPOS Migration Services
Microsoft’s Business Productivity Online Service (BPOS) will be retired soon, with all existing subscribers being migrated to Office 365.
This is not only an important migration, giving you access to the very latest technologies within Exchange 2010, SharePoint 2010 and Lync 2010, but it’s also a process that needs to be approached with careful planning.
If you are currently using Microsoft’s BPOS service, and need to migrate to Office 365, Calvert Technologies can assist with preparation, migration and post-transition support.

We have developed a series of packaged services to make the transition as predictable and seamless as possible.
- Intial consultation and migration assessment: $250
- Migration of 1-9 mailboxes: $120 per mailbox
- Migration of 10-40 mailboxes: $95 per mailbox
- Migration of 41-74 mailboxes: $75 per mailbox
- Migration of 75-100 mailboxes: $65 per mailbox
- Migration of 101+ seats: subject to agreement
Includes:
- Assessment of existing infrastructure accessing BPOS and moving to Office 365
- Provisioning of user accounts and licence assignment within Office 365
- Setup of email aliases, distribution lists and security groups
- Migration of email data from a users’ BPOS mailbox to Office 365 mailbox
- Provision of instructions for connecting smartphones to Office365 mailbox
This is for email migration only. SharePoint and LiveMeeting/Lync will be addressed on an as-negotiated basis depending on their current usage and requirements. All prices listed are ex-gst.

- Office Professional Plus deployment to machines
- SharePoint site – initial setup of a basic site
- Lync client deployment (a range of suitable hardware conferencing devices are also available)
